I have already replied as to the specifics for BigBlue 21. I've yet to receive the email from TheKnight.
I've been asked to provide more depth in my replies. But I caution folks that what "may appear" to the casual observer as a general question, is NOT always a general question.
Complete-Hold means the applicant has done what they required to do and we're awaiting the Contractor to have the Physician and/or Optometrist to complete something. In BigBlue21's case, it was exam item # 48.
