Im a junior in highschool, and just wondering how they grade PFT scores for the physical test you take before applying. I want to be competitive physically and just wondering if theirs a chart i could go by so i can try and pre-test myself and see how i do. Also what is considered a strong competitive score? Thanks God Bless!

Here is a calculator link. Basically, in the marines, the top score is 300 divided in thirds with 100 being the top score in each of three activities: Pullups 20 =100, 3 mile run 18:00 equals 100, crunches: 100=100. As you can see, pull ups count a lot per pull up.
