So I completed my interviews with my senators and congressman. Thing is, I havent done my CFA yet, but I will in the last week of november (last thing I need to do). My question is, hypothetically, will I not get a nomination if every part of my service academy application is not completed? Also, side question, am I planning to take my CFA too late?
Does EVERYTHING have to be done?

I can't speak for every MOC, but "as a general rule" the MOC really doesn't know/care about the CFA unless you've taken it and the academy has informed them that you totally blew it!!
My fully qualified candidates that interviewed with their MOC's and Senators in the past three weeks...only about half had completed their CFA's, and only one or two had their entire package complete.
They ALL now have nominations!!!
