Hello all, I have read threads from years past that say the board meets on Tuesdays and Thursday. However, when I called and asked when my file will go before the admissions board, I was told that it had alread gone before the board on 12 December, which was a monday. Any speculation on why this is different thab other threads?
Does the admissions board meet on the same days every year?

I wouldn't read much into it. There are a number of reasons it could have taken place on Monday. 1) It could have been an error; 2) Maybe some event was going on that week that caused the board to meet earlier .... on and on.
When I was called by the regional office to clear up what year my English teacher that wrote my recommendation was from, I was told that my file was about to go before the board as soon as this information was in. However, when they realized that I also attend classes at a local college they wanted my midterm transcripts, which after a couple mix-ups were just recieved.
It may depend on your regional office, mine was region 3. It can't really hurt to call, just don't call every day
