DOMA struck down

I have a related question to "states not to recognize same-sex marraige from other states."

States not recognizing a marriage from other states, different states have differenet minimum age for marriage and some states allow very young people to get married with parental consent. Since the Supreme court decided that the marriage is a right, where do we draw the line on age?

Have you ever heard of any state (in the last 40 years) not recognizing another state's legal hetero marriage?

The government(s) will draw the line. They draw lines like that very often. Voting is a right, but you have to be 18.

Why yes, the State of Denial doesn't recognize anything!

(I just made that up, so if it's a saying, I didn't know it, but if it isn't.... use it..... I also recommend you use the word "Cube-Snooping".... which i coined at CGHQ for the moments you listen to someone else conversation and jump in to help.)

That is not what the court decided. The decision said that the Federal government has to accept each states definition of marriage at face value, nothing more.
