I don't get the racial connotations part, when did America become a race?
I was a bit lost on that (Merica) one as well. Maybe a regional redneck thing?
Perhaps someone could lend some light?
The school district sounds like a bunch of Communists to be honest....
They wouldn't allow a "Merica" Day because of racial connotations, they had to be forced to have a moment of silence on 9/11.... I can't blame this kid for being kind of frustrated.
Binged "'Merica". This is what I got. It appears to be a good-natured, deliberately over-the-top celebration of America. Could see the kids having a lot of fun with it. Could see mixing the folks in the pictures with enough adult beverages and there could be some lines crossed.
If the school administration saw the discussion, I can imagine their over-reaction.
Kinnem, is that Mustang in the picture? I didn't know you're competitive swimmer.
My boys' favorite website. Lots of tees and tank tops. 'Merica is featured on many. They own several including "Back to Back World War Champs" and "God USA SEC" among others.
In NYC, writing with erasable chalk isn't anything. You aren't defacing anything because it is erasable.
Sounds like he made a deal with the school and double-crossed his deal.
And now that he is busted and is facing the consequences, he is going bargaining (without much to go on) and raising a PR issue...
And wrapping himself in the flag in doing so...
What kind of officer does he think the Air Force wants?
Nope. Wrong pic. I'm in the third one. The jackass with the weapons!
Kinnem, you're the best!
