DQ and Waiver, adjustment disorder

I applied to service academies about 2 years ago, but it didn't work out because I was diagnosed with a history of adjustment disorder(saw a therapist once). Fast forward to now and I am at NROTC and got a scholarship. Going through Dodmerb hoops again and was told that I was dq'ed again because of "re-occurring adjustment disorder within the past 6 months". The problem is I do not know how they could make that conclusion when I have not seen a therapist for the past two years and am not on any anti-depressants or anything related to mental health prescriptions(They asked me to fill out a general how is your health update form and to provide all prescriptions/medicine I have taken since the age of 16 and provide anything related to mental health since my first dodmerb application. Did all of that and was unable to provide anything related to mental health since the first application because there was nothing to provide). Is there anything I can to do make them reconsider their diagnosis or make my chances of receiving a waiver more likely? I have thought about seeing a therapist to confirm my "sanity" or that I have been mentally well since my first appointment but am not so sure if there is any risk if it hurting my chances at a waiver. If there is anyone one the same boat or has some guidance it would be much appreciated!

Write and sign a statement stating that. DD was asked to submit pharmacy records, and there was no history for the bulk of that period. She was asked to do the above.

My son was also asked to provide a statement from guidance counselor and to provide pharmacy list since 2021. Everything states it didn’t effect school and no history of mental health medications. What was your outcome?

Waiver denied West Point and central Air Force medical accessions. Granted waiver directly from USAFA.

I also have a DQ for adjustment disorder but I never had it, it was something my therapist at age 12 put on my records to get insurance to cover it, so I'm not sure how to fix that

Were you asked for additional medical information?
