DQ for red-green color deficiency?

Hi, I am a class of 2021 hopeful for either usna, usma, or their respective rotc programs. I failed the pip test 4/14 and 10/14 on the falent. I am sure I can pass a vivid red green color test. However, would this be enough to obtain a waiver from any of the above schools/programs. I am interested in engineering so I'm not worried about dq for aviation. Do I have much of a chance? Should I withdraw my applications and focus on other schools? If there is any chance I am willing to work as hard as needed.
