DS Received his NROTC Forms from Unit. About 15 in total, half need to be filled out and emailed back, others need to be filled out and brought to Matriculation day to complete as a group. The SF 86 needs to be completed (paper copy) and then held in his room for 30-45 days until he is in e-Qip for electronic submission. He needs to email a copy of his Birth Certificate and bring the original with him for the Navy to make a copy. Some of the paperwork requires parental input.
