e-Quip Forms Log-In Trouble

Anyone having trouble logging into the e-Quip Forms web site? The three "Golden Questions" are not working. Just wondering if this is a general glitch or something else?

Heard that USCGA's computers crashed this past weekend so the admissions folks were very, very busy on Monday.
But my son had to call them last week to review some of his info...AO could look at his basic info and compare to what son was inputting to log-in. Turns out a mispelling had occured on original info....AO was able to walk him through.

Suggest: call AO Wed/Thurs/Fri to see if they can assist.

Called today and they are going to ask Personnel Office to reset the password entry as they are unaware of any system problem on there end with e-QUIP. This will mean the loss of the first 18 questions on the form and two days to do the reset. I advise writing the answers to the 3 Golden Questions EXACTLY as they are entered. My guess is they are case sensitive.
