EA Selection Rates!?

I heard through the grapevine that the selection rate among 200's nation wide is up about 40% over the past couple years. Some POC at my Detachment said that Non-Tech was around 85% and Tech was around 90%? I will find out tomorrow, but I just wanted to know if anyone was given the same information?
