Just got the call from USCGA! BFE is on the way

My daughter made EA 2 but does not have the vocal stylings of KMC's daughter to be sure. Just a really neat kid.

My intentions certainly weren't to brag, only to put the info out that EA 2 appointments were coming.

KMC, I don't think posting your daughter's success on this forum constitutes bragging--not by any stretch of the imagination. I would like to think that this is a safe and welcoming place to share one of the most important events in our daughters' lives. This forum is about the only place where others can truly understand the enormity of this achievement. Your daughter worked so hard for this moment and members of this forum can understand and appreciate your joy (I know I do ). Congratulations to your daughter and your family

Just got the call from USCGA! BFE is on the way

Do they always call before they send the BFE?
We usually won't answer calls if we don't recognize the number....may have to rethink that for the next few months!!!

I'm not sure. I understand your hesitation to the "unknown number"! We started answering every call since October .

Not always, but most Admissions Officers like to call in advance of the appointment letter/package arriving...especially with the 1/15/11 EA2 notification date looming.

We are anxiously waiting and good to know that the LOA are coming. I have never been so nervous about the mailman coming or the phone ringing in our house. Keeping the Faith that the Lord will decide what is right for our daughter.

I know exactly how you feel! My DS applied EA2 so we expect to hear any day now. I keep telling myself "if it is meant to be..."
Congrats to all who have received BFE's, conditional appointments, and deferrels. To those who are still waiting like we are, keep the faith and hang in there!
