I have started the application and have realized that there are two deadlines for early action. What is the difference? Is there a greater benefit to apply to the earlier one?

    Thanks!

Given the opportunity, always go for the earliest group. Fewer to compete against, plus a nice early Christmas gift if you get the appointment.

    Good luck. :thumb:

Only difference is when you'll hear back from us...no benefit (other than hearing sooner) between the two EA groups.

    JayHawk,

Definitely apply EA. I think there is a slight advantage because the pool is smaller. If you don't get accepted in the EA round, this will give you some time to work with your admissions counselor to see what more you can do for the RA round. Look at this board as much as you can too. :thumb: -officer
