For my LOA, I must submit everything by the EA deadline (Oct. 15th). If I hit submit on my application before my math teacher uploads his recommendation, will he still be able to upload it? Also, for the official transcript, can I just mail it in?

Going by the experience DS had-definitely submit application before waiting on recommendations. Once you fill in the recommendation contact info, they will get an email from USCGA with instructions.

This also applies to your guidance counselor/school administrator...they are the only approved source for your official transcript.

After you submit, follow-up with your teachers and guidance official via email and/or in-person to let them know what to expect.

Make sure you stay on top of your recommenders and let them know how important this is for them to complete the rec, etc.
