So I got this email
A doctor's note is needed clearing you for physical activity at Naval Academy Summer Seminar. This note is needed before we can complete review of your application,

Please forward to this email by 20 March. Thank you for your time.

That is the entire email, and it's the first I've heard since the "successfull application" email, I don't entirely understand what I'm supposed to do. Do I just get my Pediatrician to email that address regarding me? I'm honestly confused.

So if anyone knows anything about this, insight would be greatly appreciated!!
ps: I do plan on calling the number tomorrow if I still don't understand, would that be the right thing to do?

When ds applied, he had to scan in a copy of the physician's physical form that is typically used to play school sports. do you have such a form already from playing sports at your school? if not, your physician probably has blank forms he/she uses and can complete the physical for you. then send them the signed physical. does that help?

Yes, call the contact number and ask for clarification.

Something in your application triggered that e-mail. It's not a big deal at this point. Go to your doctor and ask them to write a simple note that you are cleared for all phisical activity. The note should be on the doctors/hospital letterhead and of course signed by the doctor. E-mail that back to admissions and you will be good to go.

Thanks !!

Thank you so much everyone.

I called the number and a simple note was all that was required so I better get on that.

I really appreciate both responses
