What is the academys policy on suspension from school? Will my admission to NAPS be revoked if I report I've been suspended for a day

It depends on the reason(s) for your suspension. Drugs, DWI, criminal activity would be a problem. Less serious stuff maybe not. Don't feel you need to post what happened as this is a public forum.
