What is the correct nomenclature/title for a USCGA graduation who has their first assignment in the engineering area of a ship; Engineering Officer in Training, Student Engineering Officer or something else?
 
EOIT.

Also, for EOs it's Engineer Officer, not engineering officer (I had it wrong most of my career... I think many confuse that).
