Meaning not placed on the waitlist? Additionally he was told by admissions his chances of going to NAPS is slim bc they use those spots for recruited athletes. He would likely go to another program.many USCG enlisted priors are offered a spot at NAPS initially
NAPS is also used to prepare academically after being out of school for a while. My DD has friends who are USCG priors and not recruited athletes.
