DS wants to be able to watch ESPN on his laptop.

1. Is this permitted?

2. What's the trick? He can't seem to make it happen.

I guess with having the Internet that the days of not being able to have television as an underclassman are over.

this is the type of thing your child should have to figure out on his own. from your name i gether that he is also a plebe, and therefor not be watching ESPN to begin with untill he is recognized.
