I gave my english, math and physics teachers a request for evaluation on my portal with resume this past June. Two of them have completed the evaluation. My physics teacher, who I also have for AP Physics this year, has not yet evaluated me. I emailed him in the summer twice, had my guidance approach him at the end of August and I spoke with him the first day of school. He told me he was willing to complete my evaluation, but has still failed to do so.
What should I do from here?

(My chemistry teacher is an iffy option. I placed higher than her daughter in a town competition and it has been tense on her end ever since. Small town.)
