expired password...advice

My son is out at sea and just before he shoved off his password expired......anything I can do to help him out?
 
You can let him handle it himself. He's a big boy now and should know how to deal with it
 
password reset

This is a common issue out at sea. Its a good thing our stellar DOIT program has the means to reset it...Tell him to call or email his atr who will request a reset on the password. about 24 hours later he can log in using his default username and password. he should know what these are from sea year lecture. if he does not remember he needs to ask his atr.
 
yea,yea....your right kp 13....he did all of the above soon after he left..
