Afternoon all.

A quick question:

I received the letter regarding the 'Falcon Foundation' scholarship program. I decided to accept the slot and sent in the paper with my choice of school (sent about a week ago today). Is there anything else I need to do? Or is it just a waiting game from here on out?

EDIT: This might be in the wrong category. My apologies if it is.

Dj,

If my memory serves me correct from last year there may be information from the school you plan to attend. My son last year accepted the Falcon Foundation offer and was already in contact with Northwestern Prep. He had some paperwork with them as i recall. I would recommend you contact the school you plan to attend if you have not done that yet. They can help you thru any other requirements. Falcon Foundation thru Northwestern Prep was a great opportunity for my son and he heads to Colo springs in mid June. Good luck to you!!

If you are going to Northwestern, they will send you a couple of forms to fill out. Mrs. Durbeck is a wealth of information--do call her if you are going there.

I did select Northwestern--She actually called over here and spoke with my mom! It does seem like a great place. I'll call back tomorrow and see if there is anything else left to do.

How is Northwestern? There seems to be very little about it on the net!

NW Prep

We met some NW Prep students on our orientation last month and they really enjoyed the school and it eased them into what will happen on June 24 at the Academy. A large group received Appointments this year and they stayed at the same hotel during orientation. They had no complaints.
