When WP does send out BFE they will probably be overnighted. The BFE are not going out until 26th of February we know that is the official statement.

Several years ago the offer of admission folder was just stuffed in a Priority envelope and taped closed. Nothing glamorous about how it arrives.

When DS received his BFE it arrived in a Priority USPS flat rate mailing enevelope. I do not think it was overnighted as the postage was only $4.90 (you would think they could mail stuff for free...)
 
Mine last year was scanned and emailed to me by my Liason officer haha.

Isn't that because you were deployed?
Not exactly the same situation for the vast majority of candidates.
 
I think you misread the facebook post. It said they put together the packets to be mailed later this week. So they have not been mailed yet.
