I have my Representatives email address but he has not responded to any of my emails, I understand he probably has his hands full but there has been no response for quite a while. Does anyone know of anyone else I should try contacting with my more specific questions?

Usually there are more than one FFR listed on your portal. You also have the option if contacting your RC. You can probably get most of your info searching here and then asking...
