Here is my understanding of how the Write2them process works. Their server collects the emails sent to your cadet. Then daily all the emails up to four pages front and back are printed out. I suspect, but do not know for sure, that the messages are ordered and printed by time that the server received them. The 4 page letter of emails is then inserted into a standard envelope and delivered to the USAFA box office or at least it was delivered 2 years ago when we last used the service. Our cadet was a big fan of the service and still recommends its use for any new Basics.
Thank you so much. Are you saying its 4 pages front/back worth of all emails, or each email that is <4 pages is printed/delivered? Sounds like the emails are printed on 8 total sides of paper and put in an envelope and delivered...If so I'll make sure the relatives keep text tight and leave any space-eating cartoons and photo's out till after BCT.
