Does anyone know how the fishing is around the Naval Academy? Or where i should go?

I've been wondering the same thing. I'm a little worried I won't ever have time to go fishing though. Not sure how I'll survive

Off the seawall on Hospital Point you will see people putting crab traps over in season. Can't recall if I've seen people with lines over. Plenty of folk who fish for the fine Bay rockfish and other species from boats. I think some people fish off the old Naval Academy bridge remnant, adjacent to the new Naval Academy Bridge over the Severn.
When you fill out your sponsor application, be sure to indicate fishing as an interest, and keep your fingers x'ed you might get matched with a sponsor who has a boat and fishing interest.
Like anything else at USNA, you will find people who share your interests, as I told the appointee who was interested in surfing, and creative minds will figure out how to get there.
