My daughter is attending USAFA as an exchange student this fall and we are going to parents day as well as a football game that day. She suggested that we order our own tickets and sit near the student section so that she could come over at some point.

Never been to USAFA, so I could use your help...

1. Where is the student section?
2. Do I really want to sit near them?

Thanks

Here's the link to buy tickets. You better buy them like NOW. We DO sell out for parent's weekend, Navy, and Army.

Here's a pic of the seating chart. You can buy any tick you want, EXCEPT L17-L21. That is the student section, so you can't sit there. But you can sit near that if you want to. The first link also has the prices for you to order. As for wanting to sit near the students; sure why not. It's part of the "experience". Plus, falcon stadium has a great view no matter where you sit. It looks small, but it isn't. It holds OVER 50,000 seats.

Also, don't forget to stop by and visit "Thudgate". Best tailgate west of the Mississippi. There are a couple threads on it already. Look down a few on this forum. Let me know if you have any questions. Mike....

Just out of curiosity: after ordering tix did anyone get them emailed? I asked them to email it to my USAFA email but they never showed up...

Did you check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder/filter? If not there, contact the ticket office and ask them. They can resend them. Or, you can even have them waiting at the "Will-Call" at the stadium. Mike...

Ours came e-mail OK as well. They came as an attached .pdf from aftickets@usafa.edu within minutes of placing our order. Subject line was "Print At Home Tickets".

Thank you. I'll see if I can get them to send it to my personal email address, otherwise I'll call them on Monday to see what they can do.
