After my DODMERB exam, is there a possibility that I could use it for my senior year athletic participation medical forms, or is it completely different/not allowed? Sorry if this is a really dumb question.

Yeah that's probably true. I just don't want to take 2 essentially identical physical exams within the next month.

the only thing my son left with was a form that said he had a physical and was in good health but nothing a school doctor could accept in place of the typical forms for athletics

For most athletics, they want their form filled out and turned in. I am guessing Concorde does not want to pay for that. Most schools (just speaking for in our area), will have a clinic before fall sports start, at ours, there is one at each high school, you can go to any of them and it costs $10.00. It is very quick. I would call your school's office and see if something like that is offered.
