For those on Waitlist, are you files closed?

For those who are on the waitlist, are your files closed out for the year?

I remember reading that one person had signed onto their admissions file and there was a big red sign on the right side that stated "your application is closed".
I was just wondering when they would close out the rest of the files for this academic year.

I spoke to an admissions officer 2 days ago. She said that the class of 2014 is closed. Don't know if this answers the question.
