    While a few of these are universal ("High speed Low Drag";"Pop smoke"; "Pucker Factor"; "Squared away"; "Zero dark thirty") I think most are Marine specific.

    I agree. In addition to the ones you listed, "Standby to standby and hurry up and wait" and "Voluntold" are pretty universal.

    Each service tends to have its own sayings.
