Forms to be completed

So I received and accepted my appointment last week, and I see that there are already 3 forms on the portal to complete (Police Record Check, Body Alteration, Proof of citizenship). I have a friend who was appointed to West Point and he said he received all of his paperwork online within a few days of accepting the appointment. I guess I'm just wondering if USNA works the same way, if so when do the rest of the documents get uploaded? If not, when do they usually get sent in the mail?
