I took the CFA at SLE in June, and expected to fail due to my below average push-up, sit-up, basketball throw, and mile run scores. However, three days ago, I received an email that said there no risks in any of my CFA events. I passed! Since I passed the CFA at SLE, I plan on forwarding the results to USAFA and USNA. Even though I had below average scores and still passed the CFA under West Point's standards, does that mean the same will happen for USAFA and USNA? I have read on other threads that one academy might focus more on certain events than other academies...Instead of forwarding the scores, should I take the CFA again and aim for a better score to send to USAFA and USNA?

It's always good to strive for the best so if you're given the opportunity to take it again definitely take it again. Each academy website has the average scores for the CFA if your curious about whether you passed for each academy. Best of luck.

Your best bet if you think you can do better and have time to put in that effort is to take it as part of one of your other SA apps and have them forward the result to West Point. Usually with a passing score, West Point locks the CFA portion of your application, meaning you can't request your PE teacher to administer the test for you; however, they will still accept it coming from one of the other academies.
