Frustrated Soldier needs contact info!

Does anyone happen to know the phone number or email address to the Cadet Command Surgeon? Apparently he/she is the one holding my wavier hostage and has been for over a month now. I have been trying to get an update on the status of my wavier but no one will respond to me or when I have gotten someone on the phone or an email reply, they only tell me that it must be sitting on his/her desk. Is it too hard to walk across the hall and ask the person what the hold up on this is? This is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with in my life. So, if anyone has the contact information for this person could they please share it with me, and I will ask them myself.

I understand your frustration, but you must also understand that the new Command Surgeon has only been on the job for a month and has been TDY to LDAC at Ft Lewis and LTC at Ft Knox and has just actually started work this past Monday.
