General Q's

    Hi guys,

    I've started the DODMERB process and I have two questions.

    1) I've contacted the optometrist and that's all set. I then contacted the medical provider and they told me they have not received any information or authorization yet. Am I just being impatient or is there something wrong?

    2) This may just be a fault of me being bad with technology, but when I try to electronically sign it, the option to sign it is grayed out. Any idea?

    To be honest I'm not sure. I would give a call on Monday to Concordia (I think that's the right people and if not just call DoDMERB)

    Ken2012 my DS had the same issue. He went online to the live chat and they faxed the authorization to them in about 15 minutes. Hope that helps you.
