Getting LOA Rescinded

Hi Everyone,

I'm just wondering how someone's LOA could get rescinded. What "terrible" thing would you have to do?

I'm just wondering... In no way-shape-or-form do I want to get mine rescinded!!!
 
Disqualification with no waiver on the physical can do it. I expect getting a bit lax, especially academically senior year would do it, but that would be rare. The thing that probably catches most would be bad decisions... doing drugs, DUI, getting arrested for some other reason. Yes, LOA holders do that "stuff".
 
As kinnen has mentioned doing silly stuff. You must understand an LOA is conditional. If you don't submit your 7th semester transcripts, if you have a negative contact with law enforcement, if you don't complete your second step requirements are just a few issues. A very common rescind, becoming injured and not notifying Admin. Some kids have shown up on R-Day using crutches hoping to be accepted and only to be turned away.

This is why people will say, "Im going to bubble wrap my kid!"
