There are a good number of slots for SNA's. In the past about 28% of all service selects are for pilot. So to increase your chances perform well in your unit, have a decent GPA, and probably most important is smoke the ASTB. Try to get 7's-9s's and you should have a great chance. My DS did all of this and got SUBS so its never a guarantee.

Terp is spot on. Do an aviation cruise and get good marks. Work on your grades and ranking in the Det. Do your homework with good light, don't screw up your eyesight!
