Anybody willing to take any guesses on the final score?

Army- 12
Navy-21

Go Navy, beat Army! :thumb:

How does one get an invite? I have my snow tires on the pickup and chains in the back!

subvet,
You will need your chains. Snowing all afternoon here in the tundra. Anyone is welcome as long as they aren't for Army! Getting ready to fire up the crockpots as we speak!!
I would love to hear other Navy fan's plans! Wish we could go and watch in person but DS says we might have more fun with the gig we have going on here!:yllol:

Watch online?

Does anybody know if there is somewhere I can watch the game live online for free? We don't have cable, so thats not an option.

I think it is on CBS - all you should need is basic cable or some rabbit ears!

Great quote from current Navy Seal "Show me a game where everyone playing is willing to die for everyone watching"! re Army-Navy.

Agree J! Wasn't that terrific! :thumb:Touched my heart, teared my eye!:usa:

Lends profound perspective to what is obvious to anyone paying any attention!:welcome:

Personally, I found it heartbreaking. Yes, I wanted Navy to win but I felt terrible for the Army QB. It was a game Army should really have won and it would be "better" for the series, IMHO, if Army did win now and then.

Just saying . . .

^I felt the same way. I always cheer for Navy but I was gutted when I saw Trent Steelman's reaction, he completely lost it and I couldn't help but feel for him. Still, he played very well and gave all of those watching a heck of a game. It was much better than years past, I enjoyed seeing a game that was a fight to the end. I believe Steelman will make a fantastic officer come graduation.

Back in my younger years, I used to love watching Army guys cry at the end of the game. Today it just looked pathetic watching the Army QB cry. First off, it's just a game. I know there's emotions, adrenaline, and testosterone, but come on.. Man up. Second we're still at war. What's he going to do when his butt gets shipped out to the sandbox and something real happens?

Wow! So much so wrong about this one post, so little space on the internet to give it the response it deserves.

I think I'll just do the proper thing and just shake my head in pity, and not respond any further outside of "really?".
