Quick Question: Is the GPA on the portal weighted or unweighted?
    Thanks!

It is also adjusted by USAFA's own calculations/formula based on the difficulty rating of your school. It might not be the one represented on your grade report.

Does USAFA adjust your GPA based of off your School and your classes or your School alone?

    We will recalculate
your GPA on a 4.0 scale and we may adjust your PAR if a large percentage of your class enters college, or if you take an unusually
rigorous college preparatory curriculum, or take honors and Advanced Placement courses that were not given extra weight towards
your class rank. You must also have a new official transcript sent to us if your rank in class changes and/or when you graduate.

This is from "Instructions to Candidates", hope it answers the above question.

Our DS's cgpa did go up from his official transcript using their system, so yes, you may notice a change, and no it is not a mistake.
