What did your cadre tell you when you asked them?

I need to talk with them more officially because we have a year to work on it, but from the sounds of it they are recommending me to pick up a second a major. I'm going to ask later if I could graduate and then attend grad school at my same university and commission with just one semester into grad school, and then if I get a later bolc date I can finish up MS degree before joing the army

You could defer your graduation and take the same graduate level courses that final semester.

Your scholarship cannot span two degrees. It will stop if you graduate and then start a graduate program. Have you done a 104r academic plan? Picking up a minor or just adding a few extra courses or taking fewer courses each semester would be the best plan.
