Graduation went off without a hitch and even though the weather was overcast and threatened rain, it was held outside and the rain did not fall (okay maybe a few very light sprinkles). Even without electricity to most of the campus, you wouldn't have known that if you were a guest for graduation. If you were a parent possibly helping to finish getting your new Ensign out of Chase Hall by 4:00, it was a little dark, the bathrooms were not usable in Chase, and the Ensigns enjoyed a very cold shower the morning of graduation. Congratulations to all the other parents of 2010 graduates. It was truly a week to remember with all the festivities, culminating on Wednesday. It seemed to be a long four years but when my cadet walked across the stage, it seemed that the time had passed in the blink of an eye. Hopefully by next week the electricity will be working again.
