Has anyone else had this problem? I asked the PMSs at the schools on my school of intent list and they told me I did not appear on the decision boards for Sep, Oct, or Nov even though I completed my packet in August. This is a real let down as I was accepted to my first choice school.:frown:

I also could not get in touch with my POC or anyone else. Advice?

I had a similar problem, I appeared on the Oct. board but neither the Sept. or Nov. boards. I logged into DODMERB last week and found out that my application had been deferred after the Oct. board because of a remedial requested. You could log in and see if there is a hold up. The next board is Jan. 13-15

    REMEDIALS!?

I was told a while ago by various people( from DoDMERB, AROTC, etc.) that those had no bearing on the board...:eek::frown:

That's what I was told also but there are some circumstances where you will be deferred. I had applied for a waiver because of a bee allergy and they requested a remedial and I was deferred until it was completed. I would log in and check if I were you lol

It just shows a remedial for a ENT consult. Says nothing about it revoking my eligibility for the decision board. To add to the problems, I am stuck in a long series of ortho appointments, MRIs, etc. that is going to drag on for a while. This is completely unfair!:thumbdown::thumbdown:

Oh mine said specifically that I was deferred pending completion of an IgE allergen test so I think you are clear there. I would contact Cadet Command and ask them what is the hold up with your file. Have you logged into the Army ROTC Application Status Checker. It is up to date as far as your interview, at that point they just leave it even after you go for your interview, atleast that's what happened to me and they said mine was done when I emailed them.

Yeah its a crock to be honest.

I had my interview DoDmerb, everything done in late august. I didn't have any medical issues either. I didn't appear on the September board, I appeared on the October didn't hear anything, and now I am not even sure if I was on the November board but I haven't heard anything either. Meanwhile deadlines are fast approaching.

And the online status system is down, lovely.

I got in touch with the person in charge of processing my packet. Apparently I was on the September board, but not on the November or October board. The person at Cadet Command told me I would appear on the next 5 boards and hear some kind of final decision by June 1st.

Did the person you contacted say why you had not been reviewed in October and November? And if so, has that problem been resolved?

Well... I actually figured that out on my own. I was boarded in September... Once one is boarded, they are on the Order of Merit List. And depending on the new guys boarded each month, I go up or down on the OML. Once I reach a high enough percentile on the OML, I will get the scholarship. I worried because PMSs from two schools I listed said I did not get boarded, but the person processing my packet told me otherwise. I only got a hold of this person a few days ago thanks to Mr.Mullin( have absolutely no idea how a DoDMERB doc ended up finding answers that Cadet Command or 2 PMSs could not find...)
