Heat Exhaustion at the USNA Today

2012 mom - yes, I do recall my kid telling the story from NASS last year of NASS mid demanding to see the color of their urine. Pale yellow was good, dark yellow an indicator of impending dehydration. I'm sure that was more uncomfortable for the mid than the 2014 hopefuls (and probably TMI for most reading this), but when you have the type of personalities that are loathe to admit any kind of physical weakness, pee color don't lie.

LOL, this didn't phase my son at all...we've been doing this to him since he was 5! And he grew up thinking water was the magic medicine, any time my kids complain of a headache, sore throat, muscle cramps, you name it our mantra is " you need to drink more water"
