After reading threads on this site every day, I finally decided to create my own account so I could join in on the discussions.

I have applied to the USCGA, USNA, and NROTC... I guess we'll find out were I'm at in the spring. So I'm just in the waiting stage now, and it's killing me!

Which schools are you applying to for NROTC?

I'm applying to USC, Georgetown, Cal Maritime, Miami University (in Ohio), and Northwestern. I've already been accepted to Miami and I have almost a 100% of being accepted at Cal Maritime, but the other 3 are reaches.

Do either of you know if the NROTC board looks at all schools I'm applying to and picks whether I receive a scholarship based on all schools or do they look at each specific school separately? Like, I have a small chance getting into USC anyways, so will that affect any chance of getting any scholarship at Miami or CMA?
