Hello am I on the right track?

Take as much protein as you need. If you work out all the time, then take it, it'll help repair your muscles with the help of burning fat for energy for those repairs.

I take it, and have no issues with it. (I even think it tastes good, esp. with chocolate milk :shake:)
 
I'm going to assume that you're not working out any upper body. I drink Muscle Milk after hard workouts. If I was you, look up some Crossfit workouts online and start doing them. They're short, but tough. If you can commit to it, you'd have the physical aspect down.
