I found this forum by "accident" a few months ago, and it has been a gold mine! I come from a line army officers: grandfather, father, uncle, and two cousins. My older son is enlisted in the army, and my youngest son wants to continue the army officer line. He has his heart set on VMI and hopes to get an AROTC scholarship. He is a junior and attended the overnight open house last fall and fell in love with everything about the school. He will also be attending the FLC at Norwich this summer (where is great-grandfather attended!), and that will be his second choice. Thanks for all the great help, and I'm sure I'll be chiming in with some questions, and hopefully some advice in the future.
