Hello from the Republic Of Georgia

Here is my question : Can the citizen of the Republic of Georgia join Rotc?

I think I need to be citizen, but also I know that theres some kind of agreement (and good relations) between our countries. Can someone help me with this?

I think you have to be a citizen if you want to compete for an rotc scholarship but i think you can join rotc in college if your an international student

I cant speak for other branches but Ive known two non-citizens in AFROTC. You're allowed to begin the program without citizenship but you must start the process immediately. And there is a certain point where you HAVE to have received it. I'm not entirely sure when, I'd assume before you contract.

Every commissioned officer has to be a US citizen. If you're really serious I suggest you call the det at school youre interested in and get some info directly from the source.

    Good luck
