hi everybody. I'm Thomas Lattanzio, a hopeful cadet of the USNA class of 2019.
i'm in the civil air patrol, BSA im a softmore in high school and taking the PLAN soon, i have a 3.7 GPA, and that's about it. can someone PM me and help me (just point me in the right direction)? i'm about as clueless as a blind puppy jumping out of a C-130.

Hello Thomas,
The best source of info on how to prepare and what needs to be done is found in the excellent book: "The Naval Academy Candidate Book" by Sue Ross. You can find it for less than $20 on Amazon and it will the best investment you ever made. There are other how-to-get-in books ranging from OK to really bad and none are worth the money. The author is a retired LTCOL USAFA graduate and has a similar book for all the Academies and in spite of being a Zoomie, she really nailed it for the Navy. Good luck to you.
