Hi I am a marine wife, DH retires from 21 years of service at the end of this month. My first child DS is trying to get into an academy. He has already received an AFROTC scholarship to attend the Citadel (which is close to home). However he has set his goal high and wants to attend an academy. Just today he received a letter from our congressman informing him of his nomination to attend USMA-West Point. We are thrilled but still have so many questions. Hoping he gets an appointment.
