My name is An Le. I'm a high school junior. I've always liked to study military science and military history on my own free time. I like to read books, play soccer, run and hang out with my buddies. I'm very excited about applying to the USMA and I hope my credentials meet West Point's requirements so that one day I can be part of the long gray line. :thumb:

Welcome to the forums! I you have questions, just ask. Good luck with applying to West Point this next year. I suggest if you haven't started preparing, you do so now; you'll be glad you did.Get all those apps in early!

    Thanks!

I've started working out to prepare for the CFA, I'm trying hard in school to get A's in all my AP classes. I recently took the PSAT and I'll be applying to SLS this winter. What else should I be doing to prepare?

If you're old enough, take the SAT and/or ACT, and try for some leadership positions in your high school or out in your community. If you live in Houston, your district is pretty competitive, so definitely volunteer and stuff, ect. Oh yah, and apart from the CFA, run, run, and run some more! Give everything your 100% best effort!:thumb:
