Help on how to send a PM?

Hello - if anyone can provide guidance on how to send a PM to another forum member, I would appreciate it. I have run some searches on the site and investigated my account page, but I haven't been able to figure out the process.

You need to have XX number of posts (I believe 5), and then time (i believe a week), plus time for the system to process you.

1. Click on the envelope icon for Private Conversations.
2. Pick Start a New Private Conversation.
3. Input the recipient's member name. A list will come up as you type. Pick the person you want to PM.
4. Put in a subject.
5. Type your PM and mash the "Start Conversation" button.
 
Thank you, everyone. I only joined a few days ago, so it looks like that is the issue.
